INTRODUCTION TO SCIENCE

This week we discussed the meaning of the name “Jesus”, and read verses in the Old Testament that spoke of Jesus Christ long before He was actually born.  In Math we learned +1 addition facts.  Benjamin also does Singapore Math once a week, and this week we focused on single digit subtraction.  We didn’t follow the recommended science experiments since the book had some blank pages, and the replacement was received just a few days ago.  We will still do them since Benjamin absolutely loves doing science experiments!  We learned about Christopher Columbus.  Read some books about Beethoven, and listened to some of his creations.  Started memorizing “God Bless America” song.  Benjamin also listened to Charlotte’s Web book on tape during his nap/quiet time. OK, I will stop with the list. Here are some pictures:
